Abstract

The study is important because there are big problems in teaching, especially for language teachers. They need to
be able to reflect on their teaching and keep learning new things. This is because teaching is always changing and teachers
need to keep up with it. Having the ability to reflect on our own experiences is an important part of teaching. It helps us
improve our knowledge and be more intentional with how we act. The study aims to show the issues in preparing future
language teachers for university and to look at how future teachers can improve their skills in thinking about their teaching.
To reach the research goals, we used different methods like studying how things work, thinking about ideas, and doing
experiments. The study found that it is very important for pedagogical universities and the education system to train future
foreign language teachers who are skilled at understanding and improving their own teaching methods. The study found that
future language teachers aren't ready to use reflection methods, and universities don't fully understand this concept.
