Abstract

Generative Artificial Intelligence (Gen AI) is rapidly transforming the educational
ecosystem through intelligent tutoring, automated content generation, personalized
learning and adaptive assessment systems. Conventional educational methods often fail
to address individual learner differences, resulting in limited engagement and reduced
academic effectiveness. This research proposes an intelligent Gen AI-driven
educational framework integrating Natural Language Processing (NLP), Machine
Learning (ML), Deep Learning and Large Language Models (LLMs) for enhancing
teaching and learning processes. The proposed system dynamically generates
educational content, provides personalized recommendations, evaluates learner
performance and supports adaptive assessments. The experimental observations of this
research indicate improvements in learner engagement, feedback efficiency and
instructional support.
