Abstract

The present study explores the isolation, identification, and antimicrobial potential of endophytic
fungi associated with Ampelocissus latifolia (Roxb.) Planch., a medicinal plant valued for its
bioactive compounds. Five distinct fungal isolates (AL01-01, AL01-04, AL02-01, AL02-02, and
AL02-03) were successfully isolated from leaf tissues using Potato Dextrose Agar (PDA).
