Abstract

Handball is a high-intensity team sport that requires strength, speed, coordination, and
precision, with throwing accuracy being a key determinant of individual and team
performance¹,². Amateur players often lack structured shoulder conditioning programs,
which may result in compromised biomechanics and increased risk of injury.
