Abstract

Radix entomolaris (RE) is a distolingual supernumerary root most commonly associated with permanent mandibular first

molars and presents diagnostic and therapeutic challenges during root canal treatment. This case report describes the clinical

diagnosis and endodontic management of a mandibular first molar with RE in 4 cases, highlighting access refinement, glide
